If you’re on the fence about using these guys stop hesitating. Last year I got a red light ticket as well as a couple of other charges. I started looking online and found Legal Action. I read the reviews and thought to myself “this sounds way too good to be true”. Amazing customer service and great communication! My dad doesn't know much English, so when he got a ticket, there was a lot of fear about his next steps and what we should do. The court offered a deal which was not in my favor and Phil was very courteous with allowing me to decide if I wanted to take it or not but did suggest some guidance, although a still a risk, that likely it might not be in my best interest to accept the deal as he did believe we could get a better deal especially with how the courts were jammed and that he would work diligently to get me a better deal. She was unfortunately charged with speeding in an obvious "speed trap", which was very unlike her as she is normally a very safe and careful driver.
